Massage Therapy & Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

Kim Krost, Owner

Kim Krost is a native of San Antonio and owner of the Integrative Healing Institute. She is a licensed massage therapist, Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, Reflexologist and co-creator of Natural Reflex Therapy®, a technique that helps to balance endocrine system function by stimulation of the neuro-lymphatic points in the body. She enjoys working with clients using NRT because it is a clothed therapy that is non-invasive and effective benefiting individuals of all ages.

Jill Scoggins, Massage

Jill is a licensed massage therapist focused on empowering her clients to attain and maintain wellness. She uses several integrated techniques to work with the body. She is also a Licensed Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Holistic Life Coach, Crystologist, Reflexologist and Reiki Master. She has experience working with collegiate and professional athletes. Jill's service dog, Sherlock, will be present during the sessions. Please notify us if you are not comfortable with dogs.

Patty Shepard, Massage

Patty has been practicing massage for 20 years. She has trained in a variety of modalities including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, PNF, Reflexology, Hot Stones, Myo-Fascial Release, Medical Deep Tissue, Body Wraps and Burn Scar Therapy. She enjoys working with all types of clients including athletes, active military and veterans.

Sandra Medina Bocangel, Acupuncture

Sandra is an MD from Mexico with a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Sandra trained for 9 months in Boston with Kiiko Matsumoto and David Euler, a specialist in "Acupuncture for Physicians." This training encouraged her to delve deeper into Oriental Medicine. She decided to pursue a Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Herbal medicine at AOMA in Austin. She is very interested in the integration of Western and Eastern Medicine for a more holistic treatment for her patients.

Elizabeth has been with Integrative Healing Institute since 2002. She graduated from AOMA with a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2017.

Her certification was completed with Yoga Yoga San Antonio where their emphasis on safe and individualized alignment guides her experience as a teacher. Her beginner classes invite us to check in with our physical and energetic place in the day and to interpret directions we are ready to tread.
