Chakra Self-Care: Holistic Techniques for Spiritual Health

Classes are offered monthly on Saturdays from 4pm-5pm

$13 drop in or $100 for all 10 classes

In this monthly series you will learn some simple yet effective Self-Care techniques to create harmony in each Chakra through:
•Music

•Gentle Yoga techniques

•Awareness exercises

•Visualization

•Crystals

•Meditation & more

Each month you will learn how these important energy centers affect your emotional and physical well-being. These practice techniques are designed to restore balance and enhance the vibration in each chakra.

Feb 15 - Class 2: The Root Chakra (Muladhara)
Mar 14 - Class 3: The Sacral Chakra (Svadisthana)
April 11 - Class 4: The Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
May 23 - Class 5: Focus on the Lower Chakras

June 27 - Class 6: The Heart Chakra (Anahata)
July 25 - Class 7: The Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)

Aug 15 - Class 8: The Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)
Sept 26 - Class 9: The Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
Oct 17 - Class 10: Focus on the Upper Chakras
