COVID-19 Protocol

  • We do not treat anyone with COVID-19 symptoms including cough, shortness of breath, fever or difficulty breathing. If you have been in close contact with someone with these symptoms please call us to cancel your appointment. 

  • Face masks will be required to be worn at all times.

Intake Forms

If you would like to fill out an intake form before your appointment to save some time once you arrive, please choose the correct form based on the type of appointment you have made: 


No Shows & Late Cancellations

We require a credit card to hold all appointments. The card on file will not be charged unless we do not receive a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment. No shows and Late Cancellations will be charged $30-$45 depending on type of session scheduled. Multiple missed appointments or late cancellations will result in no future appointments.



We follow all rules and regulations set forth by the state of Texas. You will be required to affirm your understanding of the following:

  • Breast massage will not be performed during the session.

  • Complete draping will be used throughout the session.

  • If you experience any issues with pressure, pain, heat sensitivities or other comfort issues, you will immediately let your therapist know.

  • Any sexual remarks or advances will terminate the session and you will be liable for payment of the scheduled treatment. Our therapists reserve the right to report inappropriate behavior to authorities.


Personal Hygiene

Please maintain personal hygiene. Showering before your session is appreciated. We are committed to providing a clean environment with sterile equipment. 



Sessions are designed to be quiet and relaxing, therefore we do not recommend bringing children with you to your sessions. Children are NOT allowed to wait in the waiting room area without an adult. 



Please respect other clients and customers:

  • Keep your cell phone silent

  • Arrive early

  • Do not wear excessive scents

  • Keep your voice quiet while in the waiting area and treatment area
