Creating space for ourselves can be difficult to do with a full work schedule even though we know it is
important. It is easy to get swept up in the rush of time, allowing us to find ourselves at the end of the
day completely spent. I challenge you to end that cycle and take a break with us.
Lunchtime yoga at the Integrative Healing Institute is a great all levels class right in the middle of the week for you to tap out of a hectic week. We work through common poses to build strength and flexibility and tap into the breath to relax into the present moment.
